Volunteer
Volunteers are essential for providing the experience that members, staff, and fans expect from MEPA. Read the following information, and if you are interested in volunteering for our Circuit Championships Event at the Nutter Center, click on the link for the day(s) that you'd like to help out!
MEPA PROVIDES:
- -Compensation for your Group or Band Program based on shifts volunteered. The more shifts you work, or the more friends you get to sign up with you, the more your program will make.
- -Free ticket to MEPA Finals for the shifts you do not work (day specific)
- -Discounts on MEPA merchandise
- -Free parking
- -Some, but not all, positions give you a view of unit performances or warm-up sites
REQUIREMENTS:
- -Volunteers must be available for at least three hours on the date of your choosing.
- -Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, or be accompanied by an adult or chaperone. For more info contact MEPA’s Volunteer Coordinator, Jon Shaw, at [email protected].
OTHER INFORMATION:
- -If your desire is to be with your group or to watch your kid(s) perform, please sign up for a time slot that does not conflict with their performance time. We do not have the means to guarantee “time-off” to see specific performances.
- -Once you sign up, you will receive information on the next steps via email. Please be certain that your email address listed is current and accurate to ensure you receive all communications.
- -Returning volunteers need to complete the SignUp Genius each year.
